Like any non-profit organization, Music Theatre of Madison relies on the generous support of the community. Below are links to ways you can be a part of keeping MTM alive.

To make a donation by check or money order, please download, print and fill out the form below and mail to:

Make checks payable to Arts Wisconsin, and note on the check that the donation is for Music Theatre of Madison. Any amount is accepted and appreciated! Arts Wisconsin is a not for profit, 501(c)(3) organization, and your donation is tax deductable. All donors will recieve program credit unless they request to remain anonymous.
