MEGHAN RANDOLPH (Founder/Executive Director) is a graduate of the University of Michigan, where she earned a BFA in musical theatre. Prior to her college years, Ms. Randolph attended the Interlochen Center for the Arts, spending three summers studying musical theatre and earning a specialized high school degree in theatre arts from the Interlochen Arts Academy. Immediately after graduating college, Meghan was cast on the North American tour of CATS, where she played Jennyanydots as well as understudying Grizabella, performing the role numerous times. Other regional credits include BAT BOY (Meredith Parker-Detroit Premiere), PARADE (Lucille Frank), WEST SIDE STORY (Maria), MUSKIE LOVE (Madison Repertory Theatre-u/s to female roles), CHILDREN OF EDEN, SWEENEY TODD, HMS PINAFORE (Hebe), and, with Music Theatre of Madison, JOHN & JEN (Jen) and VIOLET (Violet). In addition she performed as a soloist in concert with  multiple award winning composer Ricky Ian Gordon, and has worked on workshops and readings of LUCK!, RAINBOW JUNCTION (Tribeca Performing Arts Center) CABIN WITH A VIEW (American Folklore Theatre) and LOVE IS IN THE AIR with Strollers Theatre in Madison. Recently she appeared in SIDE BY SIDE BY SONDHEIM with Four Seasons Theatre/Madison Theatre Guild, CALLING ALL CLASSICS with Jigsaw Entertainment, Mt. Horeb's professional entertainment company, and Music Theatre of Madison's THE WILD PARTY as the troublemaking Kate. Though she loves performing, over the past few years Meghan has found herself spending time on the other side of the curtain as a director. Directing credits include THE SECRET GARDEN, CABARET, ONE FLEW OVER THE CUCKOO'S NEST and STEEL MAGNOLIAS at the University of Michigan, WINNIE THE POOH for MadCap, assistant director for A CHRISTMAS CAROL at Children's Theater of Madison, the original piece IT'S NOT ABOUT ME?, MULAN, JR and, for Music Theatre of Madison, HAIR, THE SOUND OF MUSIC, ASSASSINS, JOHN & JEN, TICK...TICK...BOOM!, The Wisconsin premiere of THRILL ME and FLOYD COLLINS. Meghan will direct 2010's YOURS, ANNE, a show making its midwest debut with a newly revised script and score. Ms. Randolph has also instructed students of various ages in various areas of acting and voice at Madison School Community Recreation, Forte Studios in Mt. Horeb, and Young People's Theatre in Ann Arbor, MI. She also led theatre team building workshops for inner city high school students in Detroit, MI as well as juvenile offenders in Saline, MI. 

CHRISTOPHER POWERS (Resident Music Director, Board of Directors Member) is a 2005 graduate of St. Norbert College with a degree in instrumental, vocal and general music education. While at St. Norbert College, Christopher worked in the campus church as a music minister and taught private music lessons. Currently a General Music Specialist with the Madison Metropolitan School District, Christopher has successfully taught music at the high school and middle school levels with concert ensembles, show choir, marching band and music theatre.  Along with his passion for conducting school instrumental and choral music ensembles, he is dedicated to music theatre in the Madison area. Most recent directing credits include: FLOYD COLLINS, TICK TICK BOOM! and THE SOUND OF MUSIC with Music Theatre of Madison as well as SEUSSICAL, YOU'RE A GOOD MAN CHARLIE BROWN, FAME, FOOTLOOSE, JEKYLL AND HYDE and MULAN, JR. He also
played Euphonium in the orchestra of MTM's ASSASSINS in 2007. In addition to teaching, Christopher still enjoys performing opportunities for euphonium, piano, and singing. He has been very fortunate to travel to Europe twice, performing in a total of eight different countries with bands and choirs. Christopher will receive his Masters of Music Education degree from VanderCook College of Music in 2010 and is a master adjudicator with the Wisconsin School Music Association.


MOLLY RICHARDS (Director, The Wild Party)is excited to join Music Theatre of Madison for her Madison directing debut! She earned her BA in theatre from Baldwin Wallace College. Currently she is working on her MFA in directing at the University of Wisconsin in Madison where she assistant directed Blood Wedding with Norma Saldivar and is currently assistant directing Into The Woods with Pam Kriger, which opens in April. Next spring, Molly will be directing Eurydice by Sarah Ruhl for University Theatre’s 2010-2011 season. She comes here from New York City where she specialized in developing new works at such theatres as Theatre Row Studio, The Duplex, The Barrow Group, Manhattan Repertory Theatre, The Gene Frankel Theatre, and Theatre for the New City’s Lower East Side Arts Festival. Regionally, Molly has worked at The Cleveland Playhouse, Great Lakes Theatre Festival, and recently got to direct at The Fine Arts Association in Ohio, on the same stage where she performed in her very first theatrical production at the age of 6. As a performer, Molly has toured the country with Chamber Theatre Productions and Arts Power. Her favorite company to perform with is Mercury Summer Stock, where she has spent the past 12 summers getting to play some of the best roles of her career.
